A vital part of our service

Some customers know exactly what they want. Most, however, have an idea of what they want, but cannot relate that desire to an actual piece of equipment. This is where Fleetcleans site survey comes in. Fleetclean will visit your location, with fully trained staff, to discuss your requirements, make an assessment of the area in which the equipment is to be used, and then recommend the right piece of equipment for your particular application. This ensures that you will get the optimum benefit whether you are hiring or buying the equipment.

Installation Of Equipment

Much more than just a drop-off service

All of the equipment, whether hired or bought, is delivered to your site, connected to services (where required) and commissioned to ensure that it works as it should for your particular application. Whether the installation is complex, requiring the services of Fleetcleans skilled engineering team, or straightforward, you can always be assured it will be carried out to the highest standard.

Operator Training

To ensure your equipment is used to its’ optimum capability

Once your equipment is successfully installed, Fleetcleans skilled and experienced staff will train your nominated operatives in how to get the best performance from it. All staff are trained by the equipment manufacturers, and have many years experience in the correct operation of each machine to ensure that you are getting the best from your hire or purchase.

Regular Servicing

To ensure your equipment operates at its’ optimum

We all know that equipment works better with regular servicing by trained personnel. Industrial cleaning equipment is no different, and regular servicing will ensure that your equipment is both safe to use and at peak efficiency, as well as minimising the occurrence of breakdowns. Fleetclean offer planned maintenance agreements, designed specifically for the equipment you have, and geared to the level of usage you require. Priority Breakdown Cover

For service contract customers

Fleetclean offer all customers a quick response breakdown option, however if you are a service contract customer, you will always get the added benefit of priority over those customers who do not have pre-planned service cover. This ensures that, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, you can be back up and running as soon as possible.

Fixed Weekly Rentals

To suit your budget

The Fleetclean hire service makes all equipment available on a fixed rental basis. Whether you need equipment for one week or any period up to five years, Fleetclean can offer you a competitive rate for the duration of your choice. This means that your budgeting costs are known at the outset, and will not change for the duration of the contract.

Loan Equipment

Just in case…..

In the unlikely event of a breakdown to your long-term hire equipment that  can’t be fixed within a 48 hour period from Fleetclean arriving on site, you’ll be provided with an equivalent replacement machine whilst the work is completed on your existing unit, keeping you up and running at all times.*

*Does not apply in the case of equipment damaged by negligence or accident by the hirer.
