This is a unique “Plug and Play” solution for the economic setting up of a tanker cleaning facility. All equipment is provided within a shipping container, including all pumping and water heating modules to run up to 4 cleaning heads simultaneously.

These systems use a combined pump and water heating system which is then piped directly to the washbay area. Such systems can be fitted with remote control facility so that operation directly from the washbay can be achieved.  Cleaning heads are geared to the pumping system in order to provide the optimum cleaning solution.

External high pressure lances can also be specified so that tanks can also be cosmetically cleaned and fittings and hoses can be washed whilst the tank is being cleaned.

The Tankwash in a Box can be provided with access gantry if required, so it really does become a “take anywhere” tank cleaning solution. All you need to do is connect external services (power/water/fuel) to the box and you are ready to start cleaning out tanks. Performance criteria of the various systems available are detailed below:
