Construction is now well underway on the latest Tank Wash In A Box (TWIAB) from Fleetclean.

Destined for export to the Middle-East for a prestigious international client, this heavy-duty “plug & play” tanker washing solution will be delivered to site, connected to water, fuel and power supplies and it will be ready to start cleaning!

Housed in a 40ft shipping container, the TWIAB is the perfect solution for any organisation needing to commence cleaning operations as quickly as possible in any given location.
The build specification for this particular customer boasts some impressive credentials with the following operational capabilities:
• Two cleaning bays running simultaneously
• Water volume per bay – 6300 l/h (105 l/min)
• Water temperature per bay – 850C
• Water pressure at cleaning heads – 150 Bar (2220 psi)
• Possible number of cleaning heads – 6
• Automatic wash cycles via Programmable Logic Controllers
• Remote operator controls from cleaning gantries
• Three individual lance stations – 21 l/min @ 200 Bar (2960 psi)
With all of the heavy equipment in place, now our engineers have to start the process of connecting all the cables up, programming the Logo’s, and getting it all tested before making it seaworthy for its long trip!
